Painting and Screen Printing

Paris Precision’s painting a screen painting facilities are larger than most stand-alone paint shops and is a clear differentiator from other fabrication facilities! This enables us to do all painting services in-house, eliminating outsourcing and controlling both quality and delivery.

Onsite, Paris Precision maintains a self-contained 50,000-plus square foot wet painting and powder coating facility with silkscreen capabilities—rare among today’s sheet metal fabricators. This includes thirteen (13) wet spray booths, two (2) powder spray booths, a complete powder conveyorized line and a complete closed water treatment system among other equipment capabilities We offer complete services, from cleaning and surface preparation through masking, spraying, curing, and drying in special ovens. We can match any color or create a completely individual color scheme that we can maintain for on-going production requirements.

Our automated powder coating system allows parts to be racked once, and then moved through a single line where they are cleaned, dried, sprayed, and baked.

For placing logos and other detailed information directly on products, we have our own screen-printing department that creates screens from customer-furnished artwork. Screen images can be applied to flat, curved, or otherwise configured surfaces, whether painted, plated, or stainless steel. Our special curing ovens ensure proper ink setting per manufacturers' specifications.
