Welding

Because welding plays a major role in our work at Paris Precision, we maintain equipment suitable for welding aluminum alloys, steel, steel alloys and stainless steel alloys.

 

Our comprehensive welding capabilities include Tig, Mig and spot welding. Our spot welding equipment can join multiple components and weld both steel and aluminum in thicknesses from .010 to .135 inch, depending on the type of material and exact configuration of the parts to be welded.

 

Our spot welding equipment features chillers to maintain proper temperature and weld strength, and we employ pull-tests procedures during processing to ensure spot weld quality. Our pull-test quality control process includes maintaining a Log Book cataloging the results of every tenth part pull-test results to ensure sufficient strength and weld quality.
