Punching and Laser Cutting

We use the full range of our punching equipment from numerically controlled (NC) turret presses to lasers to make shapes and perimeters, punch holes and perforations, and fashion other features in sheet metal. Most tooling is either standard or expertly created by our in-house tool and die makers.

Our state-of-the-art laser equipment is typically used for prototypes and when a regular production run requires a complex cutting operation. We also use our lasers to jumpstart production pending the completion of more complicated, time-consuming hard tooling. Our laser cutting equipment can accommodate material up to .75 inch thick and up to 60 by 144 inches in size.
